I have never been to Government, that bar in Makati famous for people who party till the cows come home. Some friends tell me it’s the melting pot of Manila gays who do drugs (hey I’m not sure if this is true), others say it is a great gay cruising place. Well, I better check it out one of these days. I want to see it for myself.
