Entry Feed TrackbackY tu mamá también (And your mother too, 2001): Abandoned by their girlfriends for the summer, teenagers Tenoch and Julio meet the older Luisa at a wedding. Trying to be impressive, the friends tell Luisa they are headed on a road trip to a beautiful, secret beach called Boca del Cielo. Intrigued with their story and desperate to escape, Luisa asks if she can join them on their trip. Soon the three are headed out of Mexico City, making their way toward the fictional destination. Along the way, seduction, argument and the contrast of the trio against the harsh realities of the surrounding poverty ensue.
This is how I fell for Gael — watching Y Tu Mama Tambien. Gael Garcia Bernal is a Mexican actor who also starred in my other favorite movie Amores Perros. More revealing pics follow, don’t proceed if you are a conservative gay nun. *Ching!*

i love gael too! it felt like it was me who wrote that entry on gael,i feel the same way.i suggest you watch crime of padre amaro aswel,its another beautiful movie starring gael. oh yah almost forget check out the motorcycle diaries, lifestory of the infamous che guevarre,again starring gael. hm..how about putting upa gael garcia bernal fans club in the philippines

He is sexy and he makes good films. Talented guy. El Crimen del Padre Amaro and Y Tu mama Tambien, I have seen them. You should watch too!

Bad Education is one of my favorite Indie films. Gael is just a a sight to behold — a sugar candy waiting to get suck… Lol! It is just a bit disappoiting though since even in boob tube one could distinguish his height — no taller than moi. But still, I would take him any day….
Has anybody seen “Just a Question of Love”? It is a french indie film that portrays loving and coming out to one’s family…. This film is an absoulte must-see to any friends of Dorothy. It is just more than words to say that it is fabulous.

he’s really hot.. i have seen all his movies. even he doesn’t take off his shirt, he’s still HOT. plus, he really acts well. i think almodovar did a great job on discovering this guy..

I first saw Gael in Amores Perros. I’ve watched and collected all his movies ever since. Gael is proudly part of the new wave of Mexican Cinema. yung paghuhubad hubad niya sa Y tu mama tambien talang angkop na angkop sa narrative, hindi gratuitous. Apparently, he chooses his films well, working with the best Mexican directors. The first time he appeared as an Oscar presentor, he gave a very political speech. Apart from whats between his legs and a great face, there’s something deep between his ears too.

I saw dvds of Y Tu Mama Tambien and The Crime of Padre Amaro, and even Bad Education (I think) in Astrovision and Odyssey. He has a new movie “The King”, which is just available sa mga pdvd outlets.
Diego Luna, his friend in Y Tu Mama Tambien, also has some movies in DVD for sale locally. He appeared in the remake of Dirty Dancing.
There is another hottie Mexican actor, Unax Ugalde. He appeared in Love in the Time of Cholera as the young Javier Bardem. His other film is Rosario Tijeras.
