Dodong, istatyu?
Entry Feed TrackbackI was busy conversing with some friends last night in a coffee shop in QC, when suddenly, a dapper, debonaire gentleman magically appeared in front of me, smiled, and took the empty seat beside me. And then I realized, it was Zaturnnah’s Dodong! The original Dodong! He joined in the fun and conversation the rest of the time I was there. I asked, “I’ll write about you in my blog, ha,” to which he gamely agreed; “I’ll send you pictures!” he said. Kinulit ko pa, “puwede nude? hehehe!” He laughed along, then said “sige, naka-trunks.”
His real name? Arnold Reyes. And the pictures? Soon to be posted, abangan!

Wow, Migs. Great pic of Arnold. Congrats! I didn’t know he had such a hunky body. Ang alam ko lang kasi magaling s’ya kumanta at umarte, pati yung mga TV ads n’ya cutie-cutie. But with this pic, lumabas ang katotohanan na hindi lang talent ang meron s’ya, pati pala sa looks may ibubuga s’ya. Sana nga bigyan ka n’ya ng ‘mas daring’ na photos n’ya para ma-post mo rito. I’m sure everyone’s lustfully anticipating for that. (Lustfully raw o? Hehe!)

@Kaleena – Weird face ni arnold? No, diyan lang sa Zaturnnah pic because he is playing the character of Dodong. Medyo caricature kasi yung character so ganyan dapat ang acting. Does he know me? Yes, he’s a friend of a friend. Met him once before last night, when I watched him in UP, Hamlet Redux.

Migs, has Arnold appeared on TV before? I’m not sure, but I recall seeing him in Marina or Krystala or some other ABS-CBN series.

Yup, he’s the original Dodong and one of the reasons why I watched Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah.
When I first watched Zaturnnah last January 20, it was Janvier who played Dodong so I opted to watch the week after just so I could see Arnold. How pathetic. Anyway, I enjoyed it immensely. Arnold has this appeal that seems favorable to me.

I hope this arnold “dodong” is gay! He’s a cutie, I’v seen him several times sa gym, and everytime I see him parang ang sarap nyang maging bf. Migs do u have any infos if he’s gay? (details naman jan). Im sure your friend knows. (email mo ko!)…
I have also heard the zaturnnah sound track, and I particularly liked “Ikaw ang superhero ng buhay ko”, kakilig! Well, that was him right? I’m now confused kung sinong “dodong” ang favorite kong dodong. Ikaw migs, who between the 2 dodongs is your favorite? Why don’t you have a survey, “Who’s your favorite Dodong?” (ako, kay arnold! sana wala pang bf, ay nag-assume!). hehehe

I don’t think he’s gay. Every time I see him on TV, my gaydar doesn’t tick off, hehe! Sa tingin ko lang naman yun. Hindi kasi pilit yung mga kilos n’ya. Au naturel. Unlike most showbiz guys. And for me it’s refreshing to know that there’s still one good-looking guy who’s still treading the path of ’straight-ness,’ haha!

bading sya. magsaya! hehe. kasi yung friend kong tiga-theatre close friend nya at ng sabihin kong (babae pala ako, mga vaklush, bading lang talaga ang orientation ko, haha), type ko sya, tumawa ng malakas tas ang sabi, “maghinay-hinay ka ineng, hindi sya lesbyana!”

unfortunate for you andrew, your gaydar must be in need of some re-charging. i’v seen him in person, and i can tell that he’s one of us, he’s a theater actor for one and his moves/actions are so damned guarded that any gay guy can tell he’s gay! but very straight acting though. nevertheless, he still gets my vote, sya na ata ang dodong ng buhay ko! (bf material talaga).
but migs, you have to tell us more about arnold!

andrew, janvier doesnt have a gf right now! he is very much single. so, why don’t you ask him instead and leave my dodong (arnold) to me…after all he (janvier) was your first choice, I’m pretty sure Arnold wont appreciate knowing that he was just your second choice…. so leave my Dodong alone! hehehe

para sakin ang perfect na dodong si lauren Novero, next si janvier daily. why? kasi nga mga tunay na lalaki yung dalawa, the problem kasi with arnold in fairness ok naman sia umarte, kaya lang grabe sa effort. Diba? aminin nyo yan lahat ng nakapanood ng Zaturnnah. AT dapat madagdagan na ng mga tunay na lalaki ang phil theater para exiting to watch noh! Si arnold to play dodong miscast sia, kasi nga malambot. Diba ang term ni didi BRASO PA LANG AY ULAM NA!!!! DIBA?…wag kayo magalit skin, please. Im just being honest.

I confirm, single si Janvier… at least that was what he told me. I asked him, any girlfriend? “None, but had 3 gfs before,” sabi niya. Boyfriend, I teased. Napangiti ang lolo. Hehehe. But I think he is straight.

Ever since i saw him (and his bubble butt) in Zsa zsa, i really liked Arnold R. (i was right next to the stage where the multos were trying to take off his jeans – my heart pounded like crazy but i tried not to show it because my partner was next to me).
In anycase, if Arnold reads this – gay, straight, bi whatever, i don’t care. you’re doing great and do keep it up.
