Naka-ilang relasyon ka this past year?
– Ako? Ano ba yung gusto mo, yung pangmatagalan, o yung pangmadalian lang?
Bakit, ano ba yung pangmatagalan sa iyo?
– Yung tatlong linggo, isang buwan.
What a sad, sad truth. Whether we like it or not, and however much we cite real cases where particular gay relationships stretch on into years, there is no denying that such partnerships generally last shorter than their heterosexual counterpart. Why do you think so?
The vision of a Bukang Liwayway (Daybreak) captures the complex beauty, explosive passion, and sadly, the cyclical transcience of gay love. This, and other issues surrounding gay relationships, are tackled in this newest Adolfo Alix Jr. indie film, Daybreak. The screenplay is beautifully written by Bebs Gohetia, with Coco Martin and Paolo Rivero as lead actors.

Coco Martin seems to be the Darling of Indie Films nowadays. Hmmm… bakit kaya?
