Neil Garcia was my teacher sa U.P. Since estrikto tayo (kay iconic Danton Remoto pa, for Pete's sake! LOL) ... BAKIT naka-corduroy pants sa Pinas?!!? 'Di ba masyadong mainit and corduroy? Kung makaka-afford siya ng maid, why live in an area which requires na pumila para sa tubig? Or am I just so outta touch na sa Pinas? I can totally relate to the sex appeal ng ordinary Pinoy. Yung pagdadalaga ko (ha!) was punctuated by great views ng mga kargador sa rice mill ng lolo ko: amazing bodies, very moreno, and sweaty in their tattered cut-off jeans. Ditto sa seaport.
