I love OFWs. Why not naman, they are our country’s silent heroes. So when I received this letter from Tsinitoboy of the United Arab Emirates, I published it right away! It’s not a typical “I have a problem” letter, rather it is a sincere sharing of thoughts, happenings, and feelings. I love you from the bottom of my hypothalamus!
Hi Migs,
I’m an OFW working in the UAE and I’m an avid reader of blog. Ever since I discovered your site, no day seems to past without me checking on your site. It has become a habit of mine to start my daily routine by looking at your site if there are any updates or comments. What I find amusing is actually the comment section on each of your post (I also like the way you tastefully present naked men & other mind tickling topics). Wherein some of your readers engage in a battle of wits through debates (I’ve been into one just lately on the topic of “Gays go to Hell”) or just plainly taunting each other like a bunch of gay kids. I would like to share to you our lives here working in the desert sands.
Censorship
One thing that I’m always thankful & glad of, is that your site had passed the censorship of the internet here in the UAE. Did you know that most sites that pertains to sex & homosexuality are blocked here? Even some pages from Wikipedia are unavailable such as the entry for Anal Sex. Which is actually ironic since a great number of Arab guys (totoo palang malalaki sila!) like to have anal sex with Asian guys (especially Pinoys, whether straight or gay). They always admire our smooth skin unlike them who are pretty much covered with hair (kakatakot pala pag sobrang hairy ang guy, parang werewolf). And they call obviously gay men as “ladyboys”.
Hooking Up
After that kuhaan na ng mobile number and then eyeball na and the next is depende na sa inyo kung sino ang may available place.
More Power
Living in the Middle East has its ups and downs. Una, yung kikitain mo dito hindi mo kikitain sa atin with the same line of job (masyado malayo ang diperensya at minsan wala akong ginawa katulad ngayon hehehe!). Dito halos mabibili mo lahat ng gusto mo; you can get a car here in less than a year kung gugustuhin mo & most pinoys here have a laptop(kahit sa supermarket nga makakabili ka ng laptop). Hanggang dito na lang po thanks very much and more power to you and your blog
Regards,
Tsinitoboy
