Revisiting Hilom Spa Center

It’s been a while since I gave myself some body pampering. Last night, I was driving on my way home, from a distance, I saw Hilom’s mysterious blue sign again and for a split-second had a dilemma — should I or shouldn’t I?

September was upcoming (my birthmonth) so I know I’ll be spending a lot during the month, ergo, I need to keep a tighter watch on my burse. I drove by Hilom so slowly but finally decided, maybe next time. When I got home though, I checked Hilom’s website. And I thought, I should have given myself some Hilom pampering that night! Why?

  10. Jun is okey as well as well as renz. You can also ask the help of sir derek and sir gardo. about the amount to be given, as well as the ‘es’ you better discuss it with the one you will get. If you take taxi just tell the driver roces avenue corner mother ignacia. Enjoy.

Me and my friend went there last night at hilom..it was our first time to go there because most of the time we were in those spa center in kamias, timog, and manila. as i expected with what ive read from the comments of others, the establishment is in the middle of many bars and  restaurant.its quite noisy in the place but i dont care..hehehe.gardo( i guess the manager) is so polite to answer my question at the reception area.when i was about to choose for my masseur i saw DEO there but sorry for me coz he’s not available and for home service that time.i wish for the next time ill go there, he’ll now be available.so i rather choose brix. infairness he is cutie and his massage was very good inspite what he told me that he’s just new there for almost 3 months, hes also cute and very kind to assist me. after 40 mins. he told me that he is already finish.i was so shocked coz i know that its a 60 mins. massage. he then ask me if i want an extra service of 2k, my gosh!! i wont waste my money for such a short extra service…for my assessment. ill still come back at hilom just to avail the massage rather than the extra service. keep it up Hilom management and hope youll continous to train ur masseurs to give the quality of service that they can..pero sana next time may discount na ko pagbalik ko..hehehe

  16. my friend went there last june and he told me about the place. he didn’t like the service, it was supposed to be at least an hour and a half service but the masseur finished the massage in less than the time that was written in the menu of massages. and the masseur according to my friend asked if he wanted an extra service, so my friend asked how much and to his surprise the masseur said 2000 pesos. My friend politely said no, and that he just wasn’t interested because one thing for sure, i guess my friend found it exhorbitantly expensive. and my friend heard the masseur mumbling something like “papa-massage ka wala ka naman palang pera” and so my friend got so pissed that he left the room as soon as he got dressed and knowing my friend, like to show off because he’s ego was bruised he said to the masseur, “follow me outside” and then when he reached the car, he told the masseur, “do you see this car? this is a jaguar, sigurado ka bang wala akong pera?”. And my friend handed over the masseur 500 pesos, telling him “yan para sa pagpakita ko sayo ng kotse ko.” My friend left. He told me the name of the masseur was DICE and one thing he said about the website, nakaphotoshop daw ang mga pictures. So hopefully this story would warn others about the services of Hilom Spa. My friend doesn’t want to be identified but then when I read the review, I think I should just tell the story of my friend as a warning to others. Migz please be careful dealing with the masseurs of Hilom Spa.

    Extra Service: 1700… (romance with my nipples… kiss sa lips… i gave him blow job… nagpalabas sya… and he gave me handjob…)

    Masseur: DEO… galing nya magmassage… halos makatulog na ako… sobrang nakakarelax… (sinira lng ng ulan yun mood) he’s young and yummy… ganda pa ng katawan…

    habang nagshoshower kami… nagsabi sya na he offer extra service daw if I want… nakahubad na sya eh… nakita ko na ang lahat lahat sa kanya… nilibog naman ako… kaya nag-oo na lng ako…

  20. I tried Kim there. Ok naman siya, galing ng masahe, galing din ng extra service blinowjob pa nga ako. Pero mahal. Initially he asked for P2,500. Sabi ko mahal, ibinababa rin naman niya to P1,500. Medyo exorbitant ang extra service rates nila if you’re gonna ask me.

  26. gardo simply does pure massage while deo is open and good in extra, as well as in massage. the experience of newbie was also my experience that’s why he is my regular masseur.

  28. Deo is cute as well as Kim, jun, Aj and others. Remember the saying: ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder.’ Regarding the complete package it is also subjective. What is important is to discuss it first with your masseur before everything.

To Hershey: DEO for me is goodlooking in person… I would agree with johnpaul that “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”… He has added a few pounds compared to the photo posted on their site… But still he has firm muscles and all… pero not bulging fats naman… and he looks better (for me that is)…

    To Manny: He bathe me… I bathe him… what’s the diff? HAHAHA… Just make sure to reserve whatever signature package you want a day before since they only have one VIP room…
    Although one comment with the VIP room, its too noisy… You can literally hear what’s happening outside… I just don’t know if they can hear what’s happening inside too… That’s why I ask if we can change room nalng after the scrub and the bath… On the good side naman… Great service from the managers to the masseurs… aalagaan katalaga as clients…

  31. i saw DEO the other night, mejo malaki ang tummy nya..he has to go to gym or make a regular diet and one more thing i have noticed bout his teeth..mejo di maganda..i haven’t tried him pero i became curious kung BB kaya sya..as in bad breath..hehehe…cute??i can say that hes just a simple, ordinary and not so attracted guy…siguro dahil isa lang sya sa mga bata sa list of the masseurs..well infairness mukang mabait naman ung bata..pero if you want the hunky type..go for renz and dice…gudluk guys..

  32. to the management of hilom: pede ba palitan nyo na ung mga pics ng masseurs sa website nyo..sobrang hindi na sya update…meron yata dun isang masseur na sa pics ang payat payat nya tapos pag nakita mo in person sobrang taba na pala..dapat palitan na sya ng latest pics diba..sobrang decieving na rin ung looks ng ibang masseur.its for ur own good na rin to attact customers and not to the point na madidissappoint ang isang customer at pagpasok sa spa center nyo sasabihin sa masseur na..”ahh sya na ba un..bakit ang pangit nya in person”…i have a point di ba??

    We do try to update as often as our time and the photographer’s time permits. If you noticed, we actually just updated about 80% of the galleries during the last week of August.   34. wow its so nice to see na nagrereply rin ang hilom management..if this is derek or gardo..tnx for your reply..dont worry my loyalty is with you guys.. super ganda ng place nyo and classy ang dating compare with the other spa center na napuntahan ko na..one more suggestion sana continuous din ang pagaadd nyo ng mga bagong masseurs di ba..para at list laging may bagong mukha pag pupunta kaming mga regular customer nyo..and sana rin magdagdag kayo ng mga gwapong masseurs..sorry for this..pero when it comes to looks of masseurs..mukang napaghuhuli kayo…konti lang yata “kayong” mga gwapo jan sa spa center nyo..hehehe..sa iba kasing spa center marami talagang mga gwapo at artistahin ang dating..di ba magandang makarinig ng comment na “ah jan sa hilom spa…ok ang massage service jan at ang ggwapo ng mga masseurs..”

  36.  Haven’t been to Hilom. Has anyone tried Ice, Michael or Dave? Any feedback?  I got Brix when he was “Arnel” at Revivir–nothing great, but good enough.  It seems Dice, Renz , Jun & Jerome lead in the bad publicity department (i.e. at least 1 customer complaint to qualify).  Maybe Hilom’s management should reorient these guys?! Reorient= teach them NEVER to quote exorbitantly for extra services.

    Hilom management has noticed that there have been a couple of posts regarding the overpricing of our therapists and for this we apologize deeply. We have taken steps to address this situation. Please help us by reporting any incident or any ill mannered Hilom staff member to info@hilom.com. Please give us details, especially  time, date and name of therapist.
    Should the claim be verified and proved true, we will suspend said staff member anywhere from 3days to a week, depending on the gravity of the claim. This may also lead to their dismissal if there are repeated incidences.
    We value our customers and we do listen and read your feedbacks as we still strive to offer the best place for our community to get a massage. Again thank you for visiting Hilom and we hope that you can help us weed out the rotten few.

  39. well… total dami narin nagcocomplain, sabihin ko narin dito un naexperience ko.
    totoo na mahal sobra maningil ng extra service un masseurs nila, i tried 3 of them, pare parehong mahal, puro 1000php and above…. minsan kasi hirap tlga macontrol or maprevent na magpaextra service.. dahil habang minamassage ka, tatamaan tlga nila un sensitive part of ur body tlga, and u will get a hard on syempre, which is okay lang naman sa akin.. okay naman sya un nga lang, pag dating na sa usapan extra, wag naman sobrang mahal…. kung ganon nalang lagi, paano babalik at babalik ang customer… mas mahal pa ang extra kaysa sa Signature Ultimo package.  kaya nga nun bumalik ako ulit, 3rd time ko na… kinukuha ko nalang un pinakamurang package, para mabawasan kunti un laki ng butas sa bulsa ko….   un lang complain ko… the rest okay na… magaling mag massage.

  43. WE have been complaining na mattas ang rate ng extra service sa hilom. i tried Spartacus at gayun din ang kalakaran. The masseur was charging me 2K till it went down to 1K for a little romansa and … The scrub was done also hurriedly and massage was not so good. I think kahit saang massage parlor that is commonly happening. Basta ako, with the good treatment receiving from the managers of Hilom, dun pa rin ako.

  44. At Hilom, I have tried Angelo, Kim and Paolo. Paolo has left already. Sayang, I liked him and he was really good looking. His massage was OK. Kim is OK. For the extras, you have to bargain really, and it depends on what you want.

  45. I agree with marebro. Lahat talaga ng MPs are the same in that regard, you have to be ready to bargain with the masseur when it comes to ES (unless regular ka niya). Market standard is around 1K for the basics…. di ko alam kapag medyo extreme pero I really don’t go for extreme in MPs at mahirap na. The difference at Hilom eh at least sulit ang massage fee dahil clean ang place, their oils and lotion don’t have that greasy after feel and I haven’t been dissapointed with their massage either.
    Mga neng, kung di kayo na-treat ng tama ng masseur niyo eh mas maganda sabihin niyo talaga kay Derek or Gardo right there and then. Being a regular has its perks kasi kung may concern ako na ni-raise eh nakikita ko naman na umaaksyon yung dalawa.
    Sayang nga si Paolo pero at least nakapag-ipon siya para matapos ang pag-aaral niya at balita ko may afam na sponsor na rin ang hijo. Although AJ looks like a good replacement for Paolo. Haha.

  49. I did not enjoy my first experience at Hilom. The massage was perfunctory, parang nagmamadali yung masseur na mag extra service. Tapos, noong doon na, nagtawaran, parang may menu 500 na dagdag pag ganito, 2500 pag ganoon. Why doesn’t Hilom discipline its boys? Sasabihin nila bawal ang extra – this is HYPOCRISY!!! Una, kilala ko na yung ibang masseur nila. Si Troy galing yan sa Friendship bago pumunta sa Ultimus bago lumipat sa Big Men. Sa Big Men extra service is the main service. Si Ram, galing din sa Big Men, sa Body Flex, etc…mga lugar where SEX is the main menu. If they’re serious of their policy, why don’t they recruit legitimate masseurs? Kaso this hypocritical policy drives up the price of the tip, to the client’s disadvantage dahil magkakatawaran (bawal ho yan, matatangal ako dito…unless the price is worth it!!!). If its an open secret, walang problema dahil masasabihan ng management na wag tagain yung customers at WALANG PRESYUHAN! I usually hand a tip of between 1K to 2K. Reasonable na yan depende sa service. But its a big turn off kung namemresyo yung masseur. Sa Holywood, Human Touch, Big Men, Bodyflex, Blue Palm, Lakan, Datu, Hunks Touch, Mr. Body Physique etc…open policy ang EXTRA SERVICE at BAWAL ang masseur na nagprepresyo (may mga gago ring gays na sobrang baba ang binibigay, unfair at unreasonable rin para sa masseur…pero, ang policy is for the masseur to report this to management para masabihan later yung customer. This way, walang presyuhan, walang tawaran. Other friends of mine have had bad experiences wit Hilom also in the past because of this hypocritical policy of theirs.

  52. I tried Hilom Spa Center a while ago. When i was about to find my way to the spa center sa second floor ng moomba plaza, a couple of guys outside already had a clue that i was about to visit their center. D nga sila ngkamali. Hehehe.. Then i was invited to proceed to their reception area. It was Gardo I think who entertained me. Unang tingin ko plng sa kanya nkakastartruck na. I cant get my eyes off of him. Wheew!;p Then he assisted me to the show room to pick my masseur for the night. Mejo nahirapan ako kc only few are good looking. Gus2 ko sana sabihin kay Gardo kung puede cia nlng pero nahiya kc ako. Finally i made up my mind and I picked Joseph. He was oki, his built is not bulky and he has tatoo on his arms. Then we went up to the room for the massage. Joseph was actually okay, more than what I am expecting of him. He is sociable and super mabait. He’s kinda good din magmasahe at hindi ngmamadali. It was just awkward when he asked me if il avail the extra. Well I could not resist him because of his sincerity sa work at minabuti talaga nia magmasahe. He charged me 1k+ but gave him more. Hehehe.. I’ll definitly be coming back there anytime soon. Either Joseph uli or si Gardo naman. Puede po ba si Gardo? Hehehe.. Nasa reception kc cia e, it gives me the impression d cia puede. Anyway, Hilom Spa is my best so far. Good job Hilom! :)

  53. Sir Gardo and Sir Derek are both managers of Hilom kaya they are at the reception area and entertain the guests. Priority nila ang mga masseurs na magkaroon ng guest. But you’re right in saying cute siya, accomodating pa at super sa pag entertain sa guest.

    To answer your question. We initially suspended AJ, among several other staff members that were reported and verified, because of misdemeanor and mishandling of guests. AJ was also asked to finally look for another place to work since there was no change in his work attitude after his suspension.

    As we have promised our guests, we do listen to your feedbacks and take proper measures to ensure that things do change for the better for the clients as well as the staff (since other staff members who do their jobs properly are also affected by these negative feedbacks) at Hilom.

    We do encourage our guests to keep sending their feedbacks, negative or otherwise (a positive feedback does wonders to a masseur’s moral too), to info@hilom.com. So we serve our community better.

Just got home from my massage.  Medyo dissappointing lang ang experience because number one hindi one hour ang massage, 45 minutes lang ang service nila.  I was with my friend at that time and pareho kami ng comment.  Second, can management have their spa sound proofed?  I’m sure there is a hollywood way of doing it.  Regarding sa extra service reasonable naman ang price iyon nga lang sana tinapos muna ang massage na one hour……..  I got chicco and he’s okay pero I was expecting iyong hard massage talaga hindi sya ganoon ka galing sa massage if you are looking for a hard massage…. Si jun naman daw okay ang massage nya iyon nga lang bitin kasi hindi natapos sa one hour…. Sa susunod magaalarm ako ng cellphone pag one hour na hehehehehehehehe

  78. Found Hilom one late night last week in some sort of blind romp through Manila’s hushed destinations. More like I stumbled upon the place. The manager was very polite seeing that I’m as literally lost as a client could be. Last time I was in Manila was three years back and never had the daring to venture in places like these.
