This morning my Dad was telling me how he lost his phone, yaddah, yaddah, yaddah, and I kinda knew where the story was leading to. Before he even finished, I was on my way to my room and removing the SIM cards from my recently purchased My Phone T22 Duo. Packed up, charged up, here Dad, enjoy. I was smiling. Why? Because aside from being the good son that I am, I was actually itching to get myself another new phone. So on my way back home from work, I detoured to the mall and snagged a shiny new mobile, this time I went branded, and got myself this handsome Samsung Soul B. Oh GAS! (translated: Gadget Acquisition Syndrome) I’m so loving this new phone!

  2. i gave my late dad a many expensive polo shirts and bottles of perfume.  he’s not into gadgets.  but he bragged to his officemates and firends that his polos and bottles of perfume cam from uk. hehehe.  and i love giving my dad more bragging rights, although i know that even with me for his son he’s already very proud.

    sorry medyo off-topic sa ads ng samsung.  pero i like the thought of even gay guys treasuring dads very much.

  7. i have samsung juke.. it’s so cool na parang dala ko na ishuffle ko (saw it in gossip girl, the one that nate/chace c. was using in season 1) pangit lang is pang isang network lang sya, verizon wireless. I’m still wanting the Sony Ericsson k850i. 5mp ang cam.

  8. Strongly disagree with the previous comment there– SE phones definitely aren’t dumb phones. Dumb users, maybe. Nokia phones are just too common that’s why people often thing that it’s the ‘better’ phone.

  9. SE and Samsung are not DUMB Phones! actually they are the intelligent and sophisticated ones. Nokia is very user friendly that one goes dumb when using other phones

  10. I agree.  Samsung and Sony Ericsson are phones for the smarter users.  Nokia phones are also very very good.  My wish for now are SE C902… not sure though if this is the one that is 8MP for the cam.  Basta cyberShot and sobrang sleek.  Wish ko lang maambunan…

  11. Sony Ericsson, Samsung and Motorola are 2 years behind Nokia. Non-OS phones are called dumb phones and most of Sony Ericsson and Motorola phones are such phones, dumb phones. Phones with an OS are called smartphones. The most powerful mobile OS is Symbian S60 used by Nokia. This operating system brings so many unimaginable possibilities to a mobile phone. You name it, these Nokia smartphones can do it. There is no tech geek that will prefer a Sony Ericsson K850i over a Nokia N82, or a SE W960i over Nokia N81 8GB. For the same price of a particular SE phone, you can so much more from a Nokia phone at the same price.

  14. sony ericsson phones are not dumbphones… they’re for the person with taste…
    nokia phones are too common, and there are too many imitations.

  15. Nokia is soo generic.. A lot of people are using mobile phones under the brand.. Yup, it has a very user friendly User Interface. But heck, i wouldn’t want to go out and be seen using a mobile phone used by the common people..

    I love the mobile phones i’m using as of the moment.. A Samsung i900 and SE w960i.. Great phones and really dependable!
