    Guys, i dunno if you’ve heard about the Miss Cebu controversy. A runner-up who was supposed to have won the highest number of text votes. A committee was formed to investigate and they ruled for the organizers to do a public apology. Our sympathy was towards the poor lass, well, at least until recently. Now things are getting nastier. The family isnt content with the apology and would be suing the organizers. But how true are the rumors that the reason they were sore was because they spent millions? How true are the “words” of a cousin of theirs that they spent most of it on sim cards and text loads (to make sure she wins the texting part of the pageant)? hope it not true, she seems like a nice girl.

  45. Photos were good, professionally done and in good taste. I have nothing against anyone coming out of the closet. In fact I admire people coming out of their closet with a big bang just like what Rustom did. However, I really can not dig the “Rustom is dead” statement. It is apparent that he is just avoiding talking about what should be talked about. Nobody can just turn his back from his past. It took him great deal of courage to come out as Bebe, I just wish that he won’t waste that courage by avoiding his past…unless his faces his fear, “his past”, it will forever haunt him. He should talk to his family, and people close to him. As he admitted it in his interviews, the “late” Rustom or Bebe herself has not talked nor seen her family. It goes to show that he has not totally come out nor has he been responsible enough to give respect to his family and dear ones.

  48. if she is happy then we should be happy for her. my only comment is that she still has some of the male features. she should really take the female hormomes to feminize her voice, face and body. she already had her nose done which was needed to feminize her face. she probably had counselling in the US which she needed in order to make the decision to begin the change. best of luck to Bebe.

  87. One cannot hate on Rustom for coming out and being himself. I think that he set back the gay movement a few years, because he reinforced many gay stereotypes that we’ve been trying to erase. It would have been great if he had stayed being a butch, masculine-acting stud who just happened to like sucking cock. It would have widened the public’s perception and understanding of homosexuality. Instead, they still think we all like to dress as girls!
