Last Sunday, September 28, the ABS-CBN Star Magic stars gathered around and celebrated the launching of their 2009 Catalogue, containing photographs of their biggest and brightest stars. Of course, Piolo Pascual, Star Magic’s brightest ever male star was there to scintillate the crowd. While not winning the top plum, 24-year-old Marvin Wijangco, Philippine representative to the 2008 Manhunt International Competition was among the top 15 semi-finalists. (Mr. Morocco won the title.) Congrats, Marvin! (Click here for the previous post featuring Marvin.) By the way, Marvin is also part of ABS-CBN’s Coverboys.

Luis Alandy (Adrian Louis Alandy in real life), now 27 years old, was part of ABS-CBN’s Star Circle Batch 9. His first major acting role was in the hit series “Pangako sa ‘Yo”, soon followed by “Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas” (2003), “Vietnam Rose” (2005) and “Gulong ng Palad” (2005). He was also part of the stage play, Penis Talks and the sexy male group, Barako Boys.

Dino Imperial is that cute Coke commercial kid. He also is that guy in the PLDT MyDSL commercial, and he also appeared in ABS-CBN’s Abt Ur Luv and in the movie Shake, Rattle and Roll 8. Cute, yes… hunk? Not quite yet.

Some years back, while Vanessa was accompanying a friend to audition in an ABS-CBN show, he was spotted by Marc Logan. Vanessa was brought to Marc’s office where he was asked to sing. To Vanessa’s amazement, while he was singing per Marc Logan’s request, some ABS-CBN bigwigs (Noli de Castro, Korina Sanchez, etc.) took notice of the beautiful voice that was emanating from Marc’s office. So the rumor was true. Bruce Quebral is indeed one of Kuya’s housemate in ABS-CBN’s Pinoy Big Brother Season 2. I’m sure a lot more folks will be searching for Bruce Quebral’s pictures in the net. Well I’m just too glad I have several here.
