A gay friend gave me a gift today. (Thanks Madam!) It was the DVD featuring Paolo Rivero and Paolo Serrano, entitled “M2M 3: Versus.” It says on the back cover of the DVD jacket:

Versus is a tale of two male hunks undergoing the different stages of realization and of falling in and out of love. Their story reels off in their minds and is carried out in a rather sensual and provocative manner. What actually goes on…? And what are the complexities in the process of carrying out, staying in and moving on from this kind of relationship?

Here’s an interesting experiment involving two groups of straight men: Group 1 is composed of men who bash gay men, mga tigasing galit sa bading. Group 2 is composed of men who are cool with gay men, keri lang sa kanila ang mga bading. Both groups were made to watch M2M (man-to-man) porn, and their putotoy’s reactions measured and recorded. Whose putotoys reacted more — guys from Group 1, or those from Group 2? Interested to know the results? Another “macho dancer” movie coming soon! It is Twilight Dancers, megged by Mel Chionglo. “Actually, the film is not a gay movie.” says Chionglo. “Films on macho dancers were never gay movies in the sense that the issues tackled were not always on gays…this film about macho dancers is situated in a political and social environment,” the director said.

Publicities abound about Tyron Perez’ 1-minute torrid m2m kissing scene with William Martinez. When asked about how it felt french kissing another man, Tyron just said, “okay” and “enjoy.” Hmmmm… Tyron also has a quick frontal nudity scene while dancing on stage (he plays a young macho dancer, right?), where he commented that he has no qualms showing off because he has something to be proud of. Well, we’ll see.
