He was also part of Bench Blackout 2008, and have won titles such as Mr. STI – Earth (2007) and Mr. Sta Rosa, Laguna (2007). It all started back in 2007 when Ian Felix Alquiros (co-founder of Men’s Room) lost interest in his routinary life in a 9-hour Call Center Job in Cubao. Looking for a release from the stress of his job (and for added income), Ian bought his first DSLR (a Nikon D40) and his first Laptop – both purchases almost depleted his savings. From the first time he heard the shutter curtain click, he knew that at that point, photography will be one of his passions. Together with his good friend Dan Santos (Ian’s confidant and protege), they started a Photography Group catering only to Male Portraiture. Presenting… Filipino-Norweigian Model / Actor / Film Director – LARS MYRVANG.
Lars was born in Rome, Italy and educated in England. He was in Manila for the holidays with his folks, but immediately left for Australia the day after the shoot with Ian Felix Alquiros.
He will be flying back to Manila in a couple of weeks to launch a modeling, acting and filmmaking career. This shoot is our primary test shots and he would like to hear how he rates as this is his first time to pose for a photographer.
